What We Do
MEGlobal is a world leader in the manufacture, supply and marketing of merchant monoethylene glycol (MEG) and diethylene glycol (DEG), collectively known as ethylene glycol (EG).
EG is a key raw material used in a wide variety of products and applications including the manufacture of polyester fibers, polyethylene terephthalate resins (PET), antifreeze formulations and other industrial products.
Our Manufacturing Capacity
MEGlobal manufactures 2.3 million tons annually (MTA) of EG at its manufacturing plants in Alberta, Canada and Texas, USA.

In addition to production, MEGlobal is a market leader for EG in the world, marketing in excess of 3.5 million MTA through its own production and world-leading supply partners.

Our History
Established in July 2004, MEGlobal is a wholly-owned subsidiary of EQUATE Petrochemical Company K.S.C.C., which is headquartered in Kuwait City, Kuwait.
